SHIPPING POLICY
UK orders for Ear Link Jewellery are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. International shipping is sent via various couriers Dependant on you location. International shipping in some circumstances can take up to 12 weeks and for the UK this can be up to 6 weeks. If you are an international customer and have not received your order within 12 weeks of the last shipping update and the tracking shows your item as lost then we will send out a replacement to you. If you are a UK customer and have not received your order within 6 weeks and tracking shows your item as lost then a replacement order will be sent to you. Please note that no orders are refundable on the basis of your item being lost in transit but a replacement will be sent. Please note if you have selected standard international shipping (no tracking) prior to January 2023, Ear Link accept no liability for items not received.
Customers who order from us are liable for any Customs duties and taxes in their own country and Ear Link take no responsibility for these charges. Customers are unable to apply to Purple Heart Design Ltd for a refund if they refuses custom charges, fail to collect their delivery or return their order to sender. Customers are liable to pay any shipping and return shipping costs for orders that require being re-shipped due to failure to collect, custom charge refusal or returning to sender.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Ear Link does not offer returns or refunds. Neither does Ear Link offer refunds for faulty products, but we do offer repairs on a next day service with all postage covered by Purple Heart Design.
We have a 30-day fault return and repair policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for repair if your item is faulty.
We do not accept returns for any other reasons due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return and repair, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and repair will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Ear Link does not accept cancellations of orders
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Ear Link does not offer exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Each and every part of our jewellery is made from high grade Surgical Steel unless stated as 925 Sterling Silver
in the Jewellery description.
